1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of our online book delivery service (the “Service”). By using our Service, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our Service.
2. Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Order Processing: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
4. Price and Payment: The prices of the books will be as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation. Payment for all book orders must be by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
5. Delivery: We will deliver the books to the address specified in your order. We will use our reasonable endeavors to deliver the books within the estimated time frame specified on our website, but we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
6. Returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange on all products returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
7. Intellectual Property: The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Imran Kadir and its licensors.
8. Limitations of Liability: We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of our Service.
9. Changes to terms and conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to our Service and these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of Bangladesh.
